Personal Data Protection and Processing Notice

(“KAMMA” or the “Company”), acting as Data Controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we attach great importance to protecting the personal data of customers, website visitors and authorised service users. This notice explains how your data is collected, the purposes and legal grounds for processing, and your rights.

Depending on your interactions with our Company, the following categories of data are collected through digital forms, our call centre, email, service requests and website cookies:

Identity Information: First name, surname and Turkish identity number where required for invoicing.
Contact Information: Phone number, email address, delivery address and residential address.
Customer Transaction Information: Purchase history, service requests, fault reports and request details.
Transaction Security Information: IP address, access logs, browser information and cookie records.

4Recipients of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to legally authorised public institutions (BTK, Ministry of Trade and judicial authorities), our contracted shipping and logistics partners, authorised service centres, and legal or financial advisers, solely to provide the service and fulfil legal obligations.

5Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Law (Article 11)

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law:

To learn whether your personal data is processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
To request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7,
To request that corrections, deletions and destruction be communicated to recipients,
To object to adverse results arising exclusively from automated analysis,
To seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to Apply

You may submit requests concerning your KVKK rights in person or through a notary by sending a signed written application to our company address, or from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address to kvkk@kammatech.com our email address. Your application will be resolved free of charge within 30 days.
